The wait is over for 2011 Form Four students, with exam results released earlier this week. Of the 426,314 students who wrote the Form Four exams across Tanzania, 53.37% passed, according to The Citizen newspaper. It’s a slight increase from 2010 when 50.74% of students passed. Following the release of the results, education stakeholders called on parents to engage with their children on what they are learning in the classroom in a bid to improve performance. The need for quality education over physical inputs was also emphasized. Read more.
