Our annual immersion is one of the things that is unique about Twaweza. The idea is a deep dive into rural communities in one region of one of the countries in which we work. The whole organization participates and the aim is to experience life as it is lived by some of the many citizens we seek to work with and for. We shed our laptops and leave our offices behind and spend a week learning and listening. Over the coming weeks we will post insights and stories from the experience on our website.
